Watercraft Registration
Registration of watercraft including personal watercraft must be done in person at one of the regional offices. For faster service, request or print out online the proper forms and take them completed to the nearest DOBOR facility along with proof of ownership, and a valid form of identification. Be prepared to pay fees by cash, acceptable personal check, or credit card. No one under age 15 can operate a personal watercraft, and all PWC operators must be certified.
