DEMOGRAPHICS / CLIMATE

Most of Colorado has a cool and invigorating climate that could be termed as “highland” or mountain. Summer does bring hot days to the plains areas, but mountain regions are nearly always cool. Humidity is generally quite low and sunshine is abundant, which tempers even the winter’s colder months. Localized climate zones can vary greatly, affected primarily by elevation but also by the orientation of mountain ranges and valleys with respect to general air movements.

Front Range Climate Averages
